We want you to love your Voyge gear. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Return windows

• Voyge Backpack: 90 days from delivery, under our money-back guarantee. Take it on a trip, and if it isn't right for the way you travel, send it back.
• Voyge Smart Locator and Voyge Tag: 30 days from delivery.

Please return items with all their parts and accessories.

How to return an item

1. Email us at hello@voyge.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Pack the item securely and send it back using a trackable shipping service, so you can follow it until it reaches us.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we'll refund the price of the item to your original payment method and let you know by email.

Orders over $75 ship to you free. Return shipping costs are paid by you, and on orders under $75 the original $9.99 shipping charge isn't refundable.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item, email us at hello@voyge.com with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll cover the cost of the return and send you a replacement or a full refund.
